Art is... is a series of letterpress prints on BFK Rivas archival paper.  The plates are made from pen and ink drawings based on a 1970s comic strip called "Love is...".  The originator, Kim Casali, began the strip as a series of love letters to her husband meant as a light-hearted effort to save their marriage (i.e. "Love is... being able to say you're sorry").
